03. Reservation Deposit A non-refundable commitment deposit of $1,500 is required to reserve your chosen puppy. This secures your reservation for up to 7 days.
04. Final Balance & Flight Booking Following the deposit, the remaining balance must be settled in full to initiate international flight arrangements. Failure to complete the balance within the designated 7-day period will result in an automatic cancellation of the reservation.
05. Global Delivery Timeline estimates vary depending on regional customs regulations and international flight schedules. Our team will provide a personalized transit schedule for your country.
06. Lifetime Support Our dedicated care team remains at your service 24/7 post-arrival to ensure a seamless transition for you and your new companion.

2. IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Customs & Import Duties Import duties, local taxes, and customs clearance fees vary by destination airport and country. These official fees are not included in the initial purchase price and remain the sole responsibility of the client.
Transit Limitations To guarantee absolute safety, we exclusively arrange transit to countries where secure arrival is strictly viable. As international customs laws are subject to change, please verify delivery availability with our team prior to completing your purchase.
Refund & Return Policy Due to the delicate nature of live animal transport, all adoptions are considered final once the puppy has been safely received by the client.
- Cancellation Prior to Departure: In the event of a cancellation due to client preference, the $1,500 commitment deposit remains strictly non-refundable. The remaining balance will be refunded, minus all accrued return transit expenses, mandatory veterinary re-examinations, and specialized interim care costs. The puppy must be safely returned to our facility at the client's expense.

Option 01. Premium Climate-Controlled Air Transit (Airport Pick-up)

Your puppy will be safely transported via world-class commercial airlines to your nearest international airport, where you will welcome them directly.

We understand that transit safety is your utmost priority, and we share that uncompromising standard. Your companion does not travel in standard cargo; instead, they are placed in a specially designed, pressurized, and fully climate-controlled cabin dedicated to live animals. Ideal temperature, air pressure, and continuous ventilation are strictly regulated throughout the journey.

Puppies are outfitted with specialized hydration systems and are monitored meticulously by certified airline pet-care managers who ensure timely nourishment and well-being checks. We only partner with elite global airlines with proven track records. Once the flight is officially scheduled, the airline’s specialized logistics team will contact you directly to confirm the exact pick-up coordinates and guide you through the seamless collection process.

Option 02. Exclusive Hand-Delivery VIP Service (Door-to-Door)

For ultimate peace of mind, you may opt for our premium Hand-Delivery Service. A certified Aloha puppy care specialist will personally accompany your companion inside the main aircraft cabin, monitoring them continuously from departure until they are delivered directly to your doorstep.

Clients selecting this bespoke service are responsible for the specialist’s round-trip airfare and associated travel expenses, which vary by destination. To coordinate this premium option, please consult with our team in advance to verify specialist availability and receive a custom itinerary quote. You may select the 'Hand-Delivery by Manager' option during checkout, and the additional travel expenses will be coordinated via a supplementary deposit once flights are secured.
