Health Guarantee Policy

Aloha Teacup Puppies provides a one (1) year limited health guarantee from the date of adoption, covering specified viral infections, hereditary conditions, and congenital organ dysfunction under the strict guidelines outlined below.

1. COVERED ILLNESSES & PROTOCOL

  • Category A: Infectious Viral Diseases (Distemper, Coronavirus, Parvovirus) In the unfortunate event that a puppy passes away due to Canine Distemper, Coronavirus, or Parvovirus within the guarantee period, Aloha will provide a replacement puppy of the same breed and gender.

    • Mandatory Requirement: To initiate a claim, the client must submit an official veterinary medical certificate, comprehensive diagnostic test results, certified veterinary bills, and original, unmodified photographs of the puppy.

  • Category B: Genetic Conditions & Congenital Organ Dysfunction If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses a life-altering genetic defect or congenital organ dysfunction within the one-year period, the client may select one of the following remedies:

    1. Replacement via Return: The client may return the puppy to our facility to receive a replacement companion of the same breed, gender, and comparable quality. All return transit and shipping expenses remain the sole responsibility of the client.

    2. Replacement via Loss: If the diagnosed congenital condition directly results in the death of the puppy, Aloha will provide a replacement companion of the same breed, gender, and comparable quality upon verification.

2. EXCLUSIONS & NON-COVERED CONDITIONS (IMPORTANT)

This guarantee is strictly limited to the life-threatening conditions specified above. Aloha does not provide compensation, refunds, or veterinary cost coverage for curable, manageable, or common canine disorders.

Exclusions include, but are not limited to:

  • Patellar Luxation (Slipping kneecaps)

  • Umbilical or Inguinal Hernias

  • Open Fontanels

  • Internal/External Parasites

  • Hypoglycemia (Low blood sugar)

  • Common Skin Issues, Allergies, or Dermatitis

3. DOCUMENTATION & CLAIM ELIGIBILITY

To successfully file any health guarantee claim, the client is strictly required to provide copies of all official medical certificates and laboratory diagnostics from a certified veterinarian.

The documentation must definitively prove that the illness or cause of death was strictly due to an underlying genetic or congenital issue, or a covered viral infection, and was completely free from owner negligence, improper care, or accidental trauma.
